UPCOMING EVENTS SCHEDULE

Monday, 6/22/09-Last chance to register!! Coventry Middle School from 6:00-8:00pm-All Cheerleaders and Football players welcome!!

Monday, 8/3/09-Season starts at 6:00pm Miller Richardson Field. Coaches will contact players prior to the season start. If you have questions, feel free to contact your child's head coach or a board member.

Monday, 8/3/09-PARENT MEETING-6:00pm-Parents are asked to stay on opening night. Meet the coaches and board members, and listen to a brief presentation on important season information!

Saturday, 9/12/09-Football Weigh-In Day 8:00am • location TBD-Weigh-in day is a mandatory event for all football players. Each player is weighed to make sure they are in compliance for their squads weight requirements. Players must wear their game jersey. The NCFL will oversee the weigh-in process. Failure to attend will result in a one game suspension.

Saturday, 9/12/09-Picture Day-Times will be announced as we get closer. Football players and cheerleaders should be in full uniform for photographs. Parents will have the opportunity to purchase individual as well as team pictures.

Action Photos • Date to be determined. During a home game a photographer will take action photos of your cheerleader or football player. You may go directly to a specified web site site for viewing and purchase.

Saturday, 9/12/09-Panther Picnic • Join us for a family lunch! We will have a complimentary Panther Picnic at Miller Richardson Field! Details to follow.

Saturday, 9/12/09-Punt Pass and Kick Competition • Football players from each squad will participate in our punt, pass, and kick events. Winners to be announced at the awards ceremony at the end of the season.

Saturday, 9/26/09-AppleBees Pancake Breakfast • 8:00-10:00am. A great fundraiser for our organization! Join us for a delicious fun filled breakfast at Applebee's in Mansfield. Be waited on by the kids and coaches!! Ticket sales will be through the Team Moms • stay tuned for more info!

TBD-Cheerleading Jamboree • Squads C & D • Jamboree is a mandatory event for C & D squads. Each NCFL town is given the opportunity to showcase their squads. This is not a competition. All towns come together for a day of fun and team spirit! This year's date and host town is still to be determined. Your Head Coach will relay information as it is known.

TBD-Cheerleading Competition • A and B Squads • A and B squads from all towns in the NCFL are eligible to compete. This year's date and host town are still to be determined. Additional practices may be required.

TBD-Football Jamboree • D Squad Only • A fun event for our D Squad participants. A day long opportunity to scrimmage other towns in the NCFL. This in in place of "playoffs" for this age group. The day and location are still to be determined. Your Head Coach will let you know the details.

Players are requested to attend registration for paperwork requirements.
All new players/cheerleaders are required to bring a copy of their birth certificate.

Fees = $85 / 2 or more = $150

TEAM PARENT's NEEDED!

Every team is supported by a team parent! This person's job is to help the coach with paperwork, parent communication, snacks, and securing volunteers for game day. If you are interested, contact your child's head coach.
