The CYFCA is an all volunteer organization. With the help of each family, we will be able to make the 2011 Football and Cheerleading Season a successful one!

Each family who has a child / children who participates in the program will be required to complete a minimum of 5 hours of volunteer time.   To ensure each family

participates in the volunteer program a fifty ($50.00) dollar surcharge will be assessed to each family at the time of sign-up.   After each family has completed their volunteer hours, the fifty ($50.00) dollar surcharge will be returned within 30 days.  There are many opportunities to complete your volunteer hours.  Listed below are a few ways that you can help:

• Assisting at the Concession Stand (practice nights and game days)

• Selling 50/50 raffle ticket during games

• Selling Spiritwear  (game day only)

• Game Day field setup

• Chain Crew  (game day only)

• Game Announcer  (game day only)

• Assisting with coaching (when a position is available)

• Serving on the CYFCA Board of Directors (when a position is available)

If you have signed up to work a particular time slot, it is your responsibility to ensure that the time slot is covered by you or someone else.  If the volunteer hours are not completed in its entirety by the end of the season, the fifty (50.00) dollar surcharge will be forfeited to the Coventry Panthers Organization.
